Kathal is jackfruit in Hindi. And being a Biryani fan, I liked this amazing twist to the regular Biryani. The biryani was served in a QSR manner but the flavors of the spices were really at the point. The fleshy texture of the Kathal was enhancing the Biryani experience. The salan was quite mindblowing and the curd was fresh & cold.
