I know how weird this may sound to many. You may be like - Huh! Aubergine...Eggplant...Brinjal...are you serious Aman?
But yes I'm serious, this was really some good stuff. The aubergines were scooped and filled with a mushy seasoned potato based mixture. The aubergines were baked to the perfection and after adding some olive oil & chilli flakes, it tasted teriffic.
P.S. - Their Pesto Gnocchi is also awesome.
