Pune has its own Khau Gali in Shivajinagar. The street has around 10 modest carts serving delicious inexpensive food. Loni means butter & Dhapate is the local bread similar to paratha made of multigrains including Makka, Jowar, Bajra, Ragi etc. The dhapate was freshly prepared & served with dollop of butter with spicy green chilly 'thhecha' on its side. I ordered the Mixed Dhapate which was stuffed with Palak, Methi, Kanda & Paneer. The dhapate were fresh & delicious.
