5 Unbelievably delicious Street Food Carts to treat your taste buds 🤤

"I just don't want to look back and think 'I could've eaten that."

I swear most of my favorite places to eat are some humble street-side carts. These street gems serve hot, fresh & most delicious taste which may give an orgasm (or two sometimes 😜)to your taste buds. My best picks from 2019 are these:

1. Schezwan Dosa @ Ram ki Bandi, Nampally, Hyderabad

This has to be at first place in any list for street food. This small cart starts selling dosas at 3 am in the early morning and finishes up till 9 am. Their Dosas are some of the tastiest on this planet. We couldn't stop at one and ended up trying all. The dosas are hot and filled with some amazing stuffing. The best ones are Cheese Dosa, Schezwan Dosa & Pizza Dosa.

2. Kachori @ Fateh ki Kachori, Jaisalmer

This is epic. My wife is not a Kachori fan but she ordered this twice. The kachoris start coming out from the boiling oil from early in the morning right besides the entrance to the magnificent Jaisalmer fort. The place is so crowded that the staff here don't even get time to take cash from you. People put the cash by themselves on the designated counter. The kachoris get sold out by noon on most of the days. Visit this & be more alive.

3. Sponge Dosa @ Dakshin Davangiri Loni Dosa, Shivajinagar Pune

This Dosa cart serves some of the best sponge dosas in the world. The sponge dosa is a soft fluffy & thicker dosa unlike regular thinner crispy dosas. The dosas are smeared with fresh butter (called loni in Marathi). The masala is also served on the side alongwith tasty coconut chutney. The dosas are insanely cheap at 3 for Rs.30. Your tummy will get full but your heart won't.

This is a hidden gem in the street of Jodhpur. We were hungry as f**k and someone local told us this place. This is a small cart opposite Manidhari Hospital which serves inexpensive yet delicious food. We reached at around 3 pm but their best-selling Kadhi Kachori was sold out so we opted for Daal Poori. But oh man! we understood the reason of popularity of this cart in the very first bite. The daal was tempting & pooris were steaming hot. The red chutney served with the pooris was amazingly tasty. The kick of garlic was unmissable.

5. Nutri Kulcha @ Jaan Nutri Kulcha, Town Hall, Amritsar

Nutri Kulcha has a unique sour fermented taste. If you are at peace with this, then this kulcha will surely please your taste buds. The Kulcha is soft, warm  & smeared in the butter. It is served with some tasty channa, onion salad & chutney.
Although Jaan Nutri Kulcha is a small cart, it is quite famous among the students in nearby college & markets in the surroundings for its taste & hygiene. It starts selling in the morning and gets finished in the afternoon. This Nutri Kulcha is surely a great start to the day in Amritsar.
