The view from the Berghotel Schynigge Platte is breathtaking. You just sit among the mighty mountains after coming by one of the world's steepest railway tracks & this gets etched in your memory for eternity. The Grandmother's macaroni originally is with bacon, potatoes, fried onions and apple sauce. But being a vegetarian, we got rid of the bacon. The pasta was creamy, succulent & sumptuous. The apple sauce was also really refreshing.
