The unique way of preparations and fancy presentation enhances appeal of even simple recipes. This one is also on the similar lines. A big chocolate balloon is presented to you in a dish. Then hot milk is poured on the balloon which melts it in moments. And then reveals the hero of the dish - a brownie with scoops of assorted icecream mounted on it.
