Wah Ji Wah is a vegetarian's paradise. Me and my wife are hardcore Chaap friends. Chaap is a fleshy product made out of soyabean. So we ordered a platter consisting four rolls - Achari Chaap, Afghani Chaap, Malai Chaap & Masala Chaap. The rolls were just too good. The four rolls were so complementing to each other. Malai Chaap was sweeter & creamy and Masala was spicy. Afghani was smooth & rich whereas Achari was tangy and piquant. Overall the platter was quite sumptuous and satisfying.
