Civil House boasts of food curated by famous chef Hemant Oberoi. It is a high-end chic-stylised urban cafe. The menu has certain delicacies with Molecular Gastronomy. But their take at desserts is quite unique and impeccable. We opted for Chocolate Shawarma. They brought a electric shawarma maker and started roasting chocolates of different textures. The chocoalte shawarma was shaved like a regular one and the shavings consisting of dark chocolate with cake-y crumbs was served alongside rose icecream. The combination was pure ecstasy which transcended us into some different world.
