The Darzi Bar and Kitchen is one of our favorite places in Connaught Place. Their food is delicious & presentation is always outstanding. Their Flambe Chilli Cottage Cheese had crispy fried paneer cubes marinated in oriental chilli soya sauces. The paneer cubes gets company from diced onions & capsicum. The dish was served on a sizzling plate with flames thereon. The aroma of sauces was pulling us whereas the taste was divine. It is indeed one of the best starters we ever had.
P.S. - Flambe means food covered with spirit to set alight briefly.
