Dalvada is a fried snack of lentils which you easily get anywhere in Gujarat. But don't mistake Ambika Dalvada as any ordinary dalvada place. Ambika Dalvada sells only one item - Dalvada but it's one hell of a snack. They serve ten hot and crispy dalvadas with chopped onions and fried green chillies in one plate. Their dalvada is so tasty that my wife who particularly dislikes such Indian fried snacks ordered a separate plate for her. These dalvadas have beautiful texture and have a unique mild flavor of spices. Undoubtedly, the best dalvadas in Gujarat and probably in India.
