Makhni Pasta is a new fad in the pasta serving cafes in India. A typical Indian gravy sauce is infused in pasta to make a desi-italian fusion. The Makhni Pasta at Pirates of Campus was also on the same lines. The penne pasta was cooked with the rich tomato based gravy topped with fresh coriander to finish it Indian style. The makhni sauce was quite tasty and pasta was al-dente. The pasta was served with two small grilled breads. Overall the dish was amazing.
P.S. - Their Chilly Paneer Naanza is also appetizing.
