Rasranjan is quite famous in Ahmedabad for its sweets. Still, Rasranjan serves a great range of farsaan (local savories) and snacks too. We asked the staff for their recommendation and instantly they blurted out - Orange Sandwich Katli. We went with their recommendation which was actually amazing. This sweet had mixture of honey and nuts sandwiched between layers of dryfruit katli. The mithai had impressive aroma and flavor of orange. Do try this mithai if you are around!
